Cancellation Policy

Delivering the best care to you is our priority, and that is why we have a cancelation policy in place that we kindly ask for your cooperation. To secure your booking appointment, a deposit of $25 is required, which will be deducted from your session charges. We accept payment via bank transfer, Kanoo, Suncash, and cash. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must call (242) 804-8960 at least 24 hours before your appointment, and your deposit will be applied to your future appointment. However, providing less than 24 hours notice your deposit will be forfeited We have set aside dedicated time for your appointment, so please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment with a fee applied. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. You will be considered a no-show if you miss your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice or arriving late beyond the grace period. Your deposit will be forfeited.
